NEW INFORMATION: The deadline for housing applications has passed, but we ended up with a surplus of homes, so contact me if you find you need a place to stay.
(Locals considering hosting visitors, please check out the special Hosting page.)
May 16, 11 p.m. – In order to be eligible for housing, Frankie 100 NC must have received your event pass registration and payment by this time. Provided that you paid within a few days of registering, priority for housing will be measured by the date that you registered for the event.
May 20, 11 p.m. – Emails with housing assignments will go out by this time, maybe a couple of days earlier.
I recommend reading Dirt Cheap Blues’ excellent primer on Housing/Hosting Etiquette.
**Getting housing is not guaranteed; demand will likely exceed our supply. It is guaranteed that you will not be assigned housing if you haven’t paid for event registration.**
For hotels, I recommend Hotels.com, Airbnb, VRBO, or one of the recommended hotels on our Hotels page. Note that it can take 45 minutes to completely traverse our metro area, so look at the three venue locations before booking a hotel.
